— Platform Terms of Use

The agentu9 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Before registering, please ensure you meet all stated requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration. agentu9 does not permit the use of the platform by any underage individual under any circumstances.
• Must be an individual registering under their own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Never been banned or blocked from using the agentu9 platform previously.
• Capable of making independent decisions and taking responsibility for gambling activities.

Agentu9 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If a user is found to be underage or has provided false information regarding their age, the account will be terminated immediately and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the agentu9 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, active phone number, and valid payment method. The information you provide will be stored and protected in accordance with the agentu9 Privacy Policy.

• Your username and password are entirely your responsibility — do not share them with anyone.
• Every activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to us.
• Agentu9 supports two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled through account settings for added security.
• A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or when certain limits are reached — required documents will be communicated through your account.

Agentu9 supports a range of secure and convenient local payment methods for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, standard bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies.

Deposit: All deposits are processed in real time. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 and there is no fixed maximum limit unless subject to the chosen payment method's restrictions. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the agentu9 platform.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the chosen method. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved.
• No active bonuses with pending rollover requirements.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise stated.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.

• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

All bets placed on the agentu9 platform — whether on Sports, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, or eSports — are subject to the game rules set by the respective providers and agentu9's general policies.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified unless due to a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure, agentu9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the bet amount to the user's account.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of viewing, but may change before your bet is confirmed — especially for live in-play betting.
• Bets placed using non-public insider information are strictly prohibited.
• Agentu9 reserves the right to limit or decline any wager without providing detailed reasons.

For casino and slot games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated in the respective game information. All game outcomes are generated by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

As an agentu9 member, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. This includes maintaining account security, keeping your personal information accurate, and complying with all stated terms.

• You must notify agentu9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not transfer, sell, or distribute your account to any other party under any circumstances.

• You agree not to use automated software, bots, or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per individual, including using another person's name or information.

• Bot Usage: Using any automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play or place bets on your behalf without written permission from agentu9.
• Technical Disruption: Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the normal operation of the agentu9 platform in any way.

Agentu9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the activities listed in Section 7.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

• Prior to closure, any eligible account balance will be returned to the user once the review process is complete.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement will not be refunded.
• Accounts closed due to serious violations are not eligible for any balance refund.

• The maximum liability of agentu9 to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
